WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
If you place an order between Monday to Thursday, I will post your package the next day. Every order placed between Friday to Monday will be post on Tuesday. Basically, I can go to the post office from Tuesday to Friday. It will take me from 2 to 5 days to post your package, depending on the day when you place your order and also my own schedule. I work alone so things can take me longer sometimes.
If you want The Little Red Riding Hood print (regular or limited), be aware that it will be printed after you placed your order so it will take me a few days longer to ship it.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PRIORITY MAIL AND TRACKED MAL?
For international delivery, you can chose between Priority Mail and Tracked Mail. Priority Mail is cheaper but there is no tracking number and you can’t know where is your package during the delivery process. Tracked Mail is more expensive but it’s a safest option, as you can track your package, there is less chance for it to be lost during its way.
WHY IS SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE?
Sadly, shipping are pretty expensive and I did my best to offer it as low as I can. Shipping are calculated on weight, and sending prints in a regular enveloppe is not an option because it would arrive in a really bad shape.
WHAT KIND OF PACKAGE DOES MY ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED IN?
I use flat cardboard enveloppes to ship all of my prints. Those should be sturdy enough to prevent any bending during the shipping, but sadly, damage can happen. Prints are well packed in plastic sleeves to prevent humidity damage. Cardboard enveloppes are made from 90% recycled materials and are 100% recyclable. I will also use cardboard enveloppes that have been previously used but are still in perfect condition to be used again, because reusing stuff is good for our planet ✌️
THERE ARE CUSTOMS FEES ON MY PACKAGE
Every country has different custom charges policies that I am absolutely not responsible for. Please be aware of what policy applies to your country. Customs fees are to be paid by customers.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Usually, mails take less than a week to arrive (from the moment I post them) in France and UE. It can takes 1 to 2 weeks for International. Due to Covid, it can take longer to arrive.
WHAT IS LINOCUT AND SCREEN PRINTING?
Linocut and screen printing are different printing techniques used to make prints of an original drawing. Both are handmade techniques, this is why there can be variation from one print to another.
